Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boy Bubby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and M J Shain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shain has chosen Thunderstruck as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Boy Bubby has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Boy Bubby seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bubby checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Bubby misses with a wild body shot.
Shain feints and as Bubby raises his hands in defense, Shain changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bubby controlling the position.
Bubby looking to hit a scissor sweep but Shain is one step ahead there.
Shain with a nice head shot there.
Shain won't allow Bubby to sweep him here.
Shain pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bubby is keeping the position for now.
Shain landing some decent shots from guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bubby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Shain content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Bubby has locked up a guillotine! Bubby's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Shain is holding on here and Bubby must be using up a lot of energy. Shain has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Bubby gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Boy Bubby!
Our winner, Boy Bubby, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
