Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinny Ruggiero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Ataides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leandro Ataides told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ruggiero leaves Ataides with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ataides scores with a one two! Ruggiero had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ataides closes the distance and clinches up with Ruggiero, looking for a takedown. Ataides pushes Ruggiero against the cage but Ruggiero circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Vinny Ruggiero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leandro Ataides.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ruggiero looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vinny Ruggiero spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
