Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rowen Fire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boyd Lowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lowe is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: millon dollar driver. Boyd Lowe looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rowen Fire! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boyd Lowe! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fire throws a head kick but Lowe moves out of range.
Fire throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Lowe counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lowe. Fire wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lowe has him pressed against the cage. Lowe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lowe tries to sprawl but Fire drives through with a takedown into half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Fire content to control rather than advance. Fire definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Fire's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rowen Fire wasn't doing enough on the ground. Fire shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lowe's guard. Fire controls from within his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Rowen Fire just wasn't active enough. Fire motions for Lowe to come forward. Fire throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lowe shoots and misses and Fire counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fire looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Fire will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
We're going to have a standup here because Rowen Fire wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Fire misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lowe throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fire sees it coming and avoids it easily. Fire clinches with his opponent.
Lowe prevents the takedown attempt.
Fire pushes Lowe back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Lowe is trying to break the clinch but Fire is controlling him. Lowe keeps control of Fire as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Fire jumps guard and drags Lowe to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Fire wants to sweep but no luck. Fire looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lowe preventing the sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lowe postures up.
Fire looking for a guillotine here but Lowe defends easily.
This has been an exciting period of action! Lowe trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fire escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lowe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fire pulls Lowe in close to his closed guard and prevents Lowe from doing any damage or advancing position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rowen Fire dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Fire throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Fire attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Fire tries to clinch up. Fire misses with a series of wild punches.
Lowe fails with a takedown attempt. Fire drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fire wants to control but Lowe is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fire tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fire has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Fire wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lowe keeps working. Fire scoring with punches from side control. Fire is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lowe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Fire controls the position from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lowe tries to bench press Fire off him but Fire keeps the position. Lowe prevents Fire from moving into mount. Lowe tries to get back to half guard but can't. Lowe is breathing heavily. Fire tries to advance to mount but Lowe instead regains half guard. Fire controlling the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fire wants to free his trapped foot but Lowe is holding on for dear life with his legs. Fire looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Rowen Fire has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Fire closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lowe quickly recovers to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Fire in particular looking to stall. Lowe trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fire tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lowe knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Fire is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lowe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fire. Fire sitting and controlling from the half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rowen Fire dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Lowe closes the distance and clinches. Lowe goes for a takedown attempt but Fire pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Lowe looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Lowe shoots in for a takedown but Fire shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fire closes the distance and lands a one-two. Fire shoots in and drives through. Lowe sprawls well. Fire fails to land with a series of punches.
Fire closes the distance and clinches up with Lowe, looking for a takedown. Fire pushes Lowe against the cage but Lowe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Fire shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rowen Fire. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lowe has managed to clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Fire escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fire dives in and grabs Lowe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lowe pushes down on Fire's head and hops out. Fire tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Crunch! Lowe slams his shin into Fire's torso. Lowe moves into range and clinches up with Fire. Fire fails to pull guard.
Lowe breaks the clinch.
Lowe drives through and clinches with Fire against the cage.

Fire tries to pull guard but Lowe forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Fire tries to break the clinch but Lowe is controlling the position. Both guys are working to get underhooks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fire drags the fight down to the ground.
Lowe gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. This has been an exciting period of action! Lowe throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fire's head. Fire fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Lowe stalks Fire and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Fire's face. Fire staggers backwards, shaken. Fire shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lowe as he avoids it easily. Lowe clinches up with Fire and pushes him back against the cage. Lowe is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Lowe trying to land knees to the body.
Fire wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lowe has him pressed against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lowe tries to break the clinch but Fire is controlling the position. Fire is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lowe to keep the fight standing. Lowe breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fire misses with a wild combination.
Fire drives through with a takedown into Lowe's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Fire trying to control but Lowe is working from the bottom. Fire really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lowe looking to control.
Fire slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Rowen Fire has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Lowe fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fire manages to avoid it. Rowen Fire is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lowe tries to sprawl but Fire drives through with a takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fire stands up out of the half guard. Fire fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lowe sprawls well initially but Fire persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lowe wants to control but Fire is keeping busy.
Fire is figuring out what he wants to do next.
And that's the end of the fight! Rowen Fire showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fire, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
