Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins closes the distance looking to clinch
and Vip counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Vip fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Collins sprawls well initially but Vip persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Vip drops an elbow to the side of Collins's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vip looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Collins with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Vip scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vip lands strikes from half guard.
Collins could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Collins on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Vip is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Oh Collins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Collins throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Collins wants to improve his position but Vip is controlling well.
Vip is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Collins is hurt! He's hurt bad - Vip fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Collins from any more punishment! Congratulations to Vip! Great finish!
