The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chu swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Chu clinches with his opponent.

Chu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Chu throws a series of punches but Bell moves out of range.
Bell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chu swivels and escapes.
Chu misses with a two punch combination.
Bell swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Chu counters by clinching up.
Bell is breathing heavily.
Bell wants to break free but Chu has control.

Chu decides to pull guard.
Bell is looking to advance position but Chu has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Chu is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Bell is in real trouble.

Chu is working for a rear naked choke. Bell is not defending it well and Chu has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Bell refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Bell's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Fu Chu!
