Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nego Dobom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Schlemper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dobom comes to the cage accompanied by Bad to the bone by George Thorogood. Schlemper has chosen Zum zum zum as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Nego Dobom had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobom lands a high kick!
Dobom throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Dobom tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dobom feints a jab promting Schlemper to slip. Dobom then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Schlemper slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Schlemper closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dobom's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dobom is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Schlemper is aware though and is defending well.

Schlemper changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dobom looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Dobom might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Schlemper is trying to get an arm triangle but Dobom is defending well.

Dobom has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Schlemper has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Dobom doesn't defend quickly enough and Schlemper has managed to lock this one up! Can Dobom escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Schlemper on a fantastic submission victory.
