The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hood throws a right hand that Walsh ducks under and follows up with a left that Walsh also avoids with ease.
Hood lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hood looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hood keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Sanford Walsh has been cut.
Walsh is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Hood moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robin Hood!
Robin Hood was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
