The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zero drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Summers has a closed guard, preventing Zero from standing up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Summers keeping moving, preventing Zero from controlling successfully. Summers has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Zero should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Summers has tightened it up now! Zero should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Nathan Summers! Nathan Summers opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
