The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Read moves out of range of the body kick.
Duggan lands a nice looking kick to the body. Read takes a step back to recover.
A bone on bone clash there as Read blocks the leg kick.
Read scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Read fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Duggan checks it well.

Duggan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Read throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Duggan's head.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Duggan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Read is breathing heavily.
Read loses concentration momentarily and Duggan pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Read crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Duggan finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
