Mehmet throws a head kick that Little semi-blocks.
It looks like Alfredo Little has been cut.
Mehmet throws a sloppy head kick and Little moves out of range easily.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Mehmet! Little is backing up but he can't get away as Mehmet lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Little and ends the fight. Great knockout.
