The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nog clinches.

The fight stays on the outside here - Washington looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nog has taken the fight to the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Minotauro Nog showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Washington looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nog is fending him off so far but Washington persists. Nope, Nog circles away and we're back to standing.
Nog closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Washington fails to pull the fight into his guard.
The referee calls for Washington to work.
Nog lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
It looks like Eugene Washington has been cut.
Nog turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Nog manages to end up in side control.
Nog cracks Washington with a big elbow.
Nog in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Washington is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
