Showtime is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Old Toms Hut. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Showtime throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Showtime getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Showtime shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Petrushka defends it nicely.
Petrushka throws a combination that misses
and Showtime cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Andrey Petrushka has been cut.
Petrushka rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Showtime moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Danga de danga de dang - Petrushka scores with a four punch combination!

It looks like Rick Showtime has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A punch combination from Showtime misses.
Petrushka definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sloppy strikes from Showtime. Those never looked like landing.
Petrushka keeps the fight on the outside.
Petrushka throws a series of punches but Showtime avoids them all with ease.

Showtime misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Showtime gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Petrushka manages to break the clinch.
Showtime darts in looking for a takedown but Petrushka gets double underhooks and turns Showtime into the cage.

Showtime tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Petrushka paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Showtime swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Petrushka counters with a series of strikes that sends Showtime to the canvas! Petrushka follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The fighters circle momentarily. Showtime darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Showtime throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Petrushka throws a series of punches but Showtime moves out of range.
Petrushka lands with a right and another and another! Showtime is in big trouble! Petrushka lands again and this time it's lights out for Showtime! A quality knockout there for Petrushka.
