Blyer comes to the cage accompanied by Eye Of The Tiger. On Roids has chosen Duke Nukem Quotes! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

On Roids looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Blyer pushes On Roids off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
On Roids dodges the punch combination from Blyer.
On Roids avoids the body shot from Blyer.
Blyer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
On Roids misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Blyer lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Duke On Roids has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
On Roids ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blyer moves away.
Donk. On Roids catches Blyer right on the button with a cross.
Blyer has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Blyer there as he acknowledges the shot.

On Roids misses with a hook. Blyer ducked under it nicely.
Blyer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but On Roids moves away.
Blyer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from On Roids.

Blyer throws a series of punches but On Roids moves out of range.
On Roids fails to land the takedown.
On Roids has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Blyer moves into range and connects with a jab.
On Roids misses with the combination.
On Roids throws a head kick but Blyer moves out of range.
On Roids throws a low kick but Blyer avoids it.
Blyer throws a nice looking combination but On Roids bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
On Roids tries to move into range but Blyer moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

On Roids throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blyer was covering up waiting for the punch and On Roids finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
On Roids won't allow Blyer to get back to his feet.

Blyer manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Rocky Blyer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
On Roids lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
On Roids misses with a looping left.
Duke On Roids seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Blyer tries to bum rush On Roids with a series of wild strikes but On Roids uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
On Roids thows a left - swing and a miss!
The fighters circling - Blyer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

On Roids moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and On Roids counters with a nice low kick that buckles Blyer's knee momentarily.
On Roids shoots in but no luck this time.
On Roids shoots in looking for a takedown. Blyer tries to sprawl out of it but On Roids keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blyer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and On Roids counters with a stiff right hand.
Blyer throws a good cross that connects.
No luck with that takedown attempt from On Roids.
On Roids slips a jab from Blyer.

Blyer lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Blyer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Blyer connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Blyer steps in with a hook that catches On Roids right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Blyer follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! On Roids looks absolutely devastated.

Rocky Blyer was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
