Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adriana Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malcolm Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ballad of Serenity. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima shoots in and bounces Reynolds off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Reynolds escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lima gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Reynolds is looking to improve his position.
Lima seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Lima passes the guard and advances to mount!

Lima jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Reynolds manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Lima closes the distance and clinches up with Reynolds, looking for a takedown. Lima pushes Reynolds against the cage but Reynolds circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lima displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Reynolds throws out the jab.

Reynolds fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Reynolds swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lima shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Reynolds scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lima doesn't seem bothered though.

Lima feints and as Reynolds raises his hands in defense, Lima changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lima slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Reynolds is looking to regain half guard here but Lima keeps moving and retains side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Malcolm Reynolds will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Lima scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Reynolds tries to improve position but can't.

The referee warns Reynolds that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Lima takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Lima has his arm under Reynolds's chin here. Game over son! Lima squeezes tightly and Reynolds is forced to tap out!
