Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foster comes to the cage accompanied by If you want blood - AC/DC. Jack Frost acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Foster! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Frost! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Foster throws out the jab. Foster drops Frost with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Frost looks back up at him and smiles so Foster waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Frost is rocked!
It looks like Jack Frost has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Frost ducks under a wild hook from Foster. Frost dodges the punch combination from Foster.
Foster pushes Frost up against the cage in a clinch. Foster pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Frost throws a head kick but Foster moves out of range.
Frost shoots in and gets a takedown into Foster's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Frost content to stall in guard here. Frost prevents Foster from getting back to his feet. Frost trying to control but Foster is working from the bottom. Foster is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost wants to control from the top but Foster keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jack Frost was stalling too much, according to the referee. Foster misses with a combination
and Frost counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Foster tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Frost's elbow. Good body shot from Foster.

Foster scores with a nice hook to the head. Frost is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Foster gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Frost is trying to drag Foster to the mat but Foster just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Foster lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Frost backwards. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Foster ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Foster no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foster looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Frost working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost stands up from guard. Let's bang! Foster throws a hook to the side of Frost's head but Frost sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Foster swings for the body but Frost moves out of range.
Frost avoids the body shot from Foster.
Frost shoots for a double leg takedown but Foster sprawls well. He's pushed Frost's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Martin Foster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Frost. Frost goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Foster rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Frost moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Some wild striking there from Foster.
Frost looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Martin Foster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foster throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Frost stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Foster shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Frost as he jumps to the side. Frost slips a straight right by Foster. A shot to the body from Foster misses letting Frost counter with a right hand. Frost dives in for a single leg takedown but Foster sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Foster manages to break the clinch.
Foster misses the shot to the body. Foster looks to score with a jab to the body but Frost is just out of range. Frost gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Foster. Foster stuns Frost with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. This has been an exciting period of action! Frost defending well as Foster loads up on a big left hand. Foster fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Frost sprawls well initially but Foster persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Still in half guard, Foster seems content to control. Frost works his way to full guard. Good work. Foster trying to control the position from guard on top but Frost is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frost is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Foster has his hands clasped together but Frost extends and breaks Foster's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Frost.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jack Frost! Jack Frost is the new super heavyweight champion! A very excited looking Jack Frost made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
