Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matti Laine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lissu Miehen Huora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laine's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fuck the USA. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matti Laine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lissu Miehen Huora! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Laine looks for the body kick but Miehen Huora saw that one coming. Laine looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Laine shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Miehen Huora as he avoids it easily. Miehen Huora looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Miehen Huora leaves Laine with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Miehen Huora lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Laine has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Laine and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Miehen Huora closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Miehen Huora jumps into guard, dragging Laine to the mat.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Miehen Huora holds on and takes a little breather. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miehen Huora controls Laine momentarily but Laine frees himself. Miehen Huora has his feet on Laine's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miehen Huora looks to land a body kick but Laine moved away. Miehen Huora connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Laine momentarily.
A bone on bone clash there as Laine blocks the leg kick.
Laine with a lazy takedown attempt and Miehen Huora counters by clinching up. Laine has been working on his balance at MMA Sanok Training Center, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Miehen Huora. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matti Laine. That's going to take a lot out of him. Miehen Huora tries to pull guard but Laine forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Laine misses with a short punch on the inside. Miehen Huora escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Miehen Huora shoots in for a takedown but Laine shows good takedown defense. Miehen Huora darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Still in half guard, Miehen Huora seems content to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miehen Huora is nestled in close to Laine, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Ground and pound from Miehen Huora. Miehen Huora thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Miehen Huora scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Miehen Huora is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Laine tries to roll over but Miehen Huora keeps him under control. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miehen Huora seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Laine pushes Miehen Huora off looking to stand but Miehen Huora dives back in and keeps control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Miehen Huora stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Miehen Huora gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Miehen Huora has hold of one of Laine's legs. Laine is fighting the takedown attempt but Miehen Huora gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Miehen Huora sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Laine's guard. Miehen Huora is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Laine has managed to free his arm - good work. Laine is trying to get back to full guard. Miehen Huora gets to his feet - back to striking we go! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Laine gets caught flat footed, as Miehen Huora shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lissu Miehen Huora dominated that round. That's time! Laine's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Laine gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Laine looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miehen Huora gets to his feet - Laine follows without any prompting. Miehen Huora shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Miehen Huora with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laine trying to control from the bottom.
Lissu Miehen Huora has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Miehen Huora decides to stand and escape the position. Laine displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Miehen Huora. Miehen Huora tries to close the distance and clinch up but Laine swats him away and circles back towards the center. Miehen Huora has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Miehen Huora clinches with his opponent.
Miehen Huora pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Miehen Huora drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laine is looking to regain half guard here but Miehen Huora keeps moving and retains side control. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Miehen Huora lands some shots froms side control. A lull in the action here. Laine tries to bench press Miehen Huora off him but Miehen Huora keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miehen Huora tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Laine can't do much from the bottom here. A lull in the action here. Miehen Huora looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Miehen Huora doesn't manage to clinch there - Laine circles away.
Miehen Huora fails with a takedown attempt. Miehen Huora closes the distance and pushes Laine back into the cage. Laine prevents a body shot from Miehen Huora. Laine looking to stall.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Miehen Huora stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Lissu Miehen Huora showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Miehen Huora's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Miehen Huora duly obliges. Miehen Huora misses with a head kick.
Miehen Huora fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Laine checks it well. Laine closes the distance and clinches up with Miehen Huora, looking for a takedown. Laine pushes Miehen Huora against the cage but Miehen Huora circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Miehen Huora closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Laine did well to prevent Miehen Huora getting side control. Laine trying to control but Miehen Huora postures up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laine has a hand on Miehen Huora's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Miehen Huora takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miehen Huora looking to control but Laine is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Miehen Huora postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Laine looks a forlorn figure.
Miehen Huora controlling the position easily from mount. The referee warns Laine that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laine is trying desperately to improve position. Miehen Huora breaks from Laine's wrist control and lands an elbow. Laine is looking to improve his position but Miehen Huora isn't that keen on the idea. Miehen Huora really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Laine. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Miehen Huora takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Miehen Huora tries to control but Laine wriggling away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miehen Huora lands with some strikes. Miehen Huora gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Miehen Huora will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Miehen Huora is looking to clinch but Laine is avoiding it.
Miehen Huora shoots in looking for a takedown but Laine manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Miehen Huora's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Miehen Huora closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Laine quickly recovers to half guard. Miehen Huora is trying to control. Laine wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Miehen Huora stalling. Laine trying to hold on to Miehen Huora's head to control him but Miehen Huora postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miehen Huora thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Laine is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Miehen Huora pulls his head out easily. Miehen Huora lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Miehen Huora prevents Laine from standing back up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Lissu Miehen Huora comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Miehen Huora has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
