Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave McNasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Sullivan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Dave McNasty!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - McNasty looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
McNasty fails with an attempt to clinch.

McNasty gets caught flat footed, as Sullivan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Sullivan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Sullivan throws a big right hand that misses.
McNasty throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
McNasty not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
McNasty preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

McNasty has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sullivan off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Sullivan gets the takedown into side control.

Sullivan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sullivan scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at McNasty to see if he's OK.

Sullivan working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
McNasty pushes Sullivan away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Sullivan gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Sullivan stands up.
Sullivan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McNasty as he avoids it easily.
Sullivan is breathing heavily.

The fighters circling - McNasty throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Sullivan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McNasty looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The strikes coming from Sullivan are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
McNasty wants to control but Sullivan postures up.
McNasty is trying to improve his position.
McNasty is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Sullivan's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
McNasty looks like he's trying to stand up.

McNasty trying to hold on to Sullivan's head to control him but Sullivan postures up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
McNasty fails with the takedown

and Sullivan decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in McNasty's guard.
McNasty utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
McNasty striking off his back but it's not causing Sullivan any problems.
McNasty keeping moving, preventing Sullivan from controlling successfully.

McNasty is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

and Sullivan counters with a shoot takedown. McNasty fights it but they end up in guard.

McNasty is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

McNasty shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Sullivan counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sullivan is looking to advance position but McNasty won't allow it.
McNasty is trying to get back to full guard.
McNasty is pressing down on Sullivan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

McNasty is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
