Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tonis Liete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iain James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tonis Liete!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Iain James!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liete takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
James has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Liete finds it's way round the side to connect with James's head.
James throws a half hearted mid kick.
James feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Liete's calf.
James closes the distance but Liete moves to the side
and Liete scores with a counter punch that sends James to the canvas! Liete smells blood - he's punishing James with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! James has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tonis Liete!
