Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Mcclure!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Deji Aldo!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo lands a big head kick that sends Mcclure tumbling to the mat! Aldo takes a step backwards and waves Mcclure back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Harry Mcclure has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mcclure tries to clinch up.
Aldo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Mcclure goes for a double leg but Aldo avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Aldo continues to drive forward.
Aldo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Aldo.
Mcclure misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aldo.
Aldo thumps Mcclure with a low kick.
Aldo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mcclure.
Aldo lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mcclure is breathing heavily.
Aldo throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
A chopping leg kick lands by Aldo.
Aldo throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Mcclure crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Deji Aldo!
