Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matt Leach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Trevino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevino has chosen Styles P - Holliday as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Leach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lee Trevino! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trevino feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Leach's calf. Trevino tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Trevino looks to land a body kick but Leach moved away. Leach uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Trevino.
Leach shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Leach slips under a jab from Trevino. Trevino does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Leach works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Trevino delivers a nice body kick. Trevino throws a quick inside leg kick. Lee Trevino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Leach takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Leach misses with a body kick. Trevino changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Leach tests Trevino's chin there with a solid looking shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Trevino scores with a nice body kick.
Leach on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Trevino. Trevino obviously looking to wear him down.
Trevino fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Leach. Trevino misses with a straight right. Trevino slips a straight right by Leach.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trevino cracks the inside of Leach's front leg. Trevino looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Leach looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Trevino scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Leach misses with a combination
and Trevino counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Trevino is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Leach is just riding it out for now. Trevino eventually gives up the hold. Leach is in trouble now - Trevino has advanced to mount! Trevino controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trevino is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Leach to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Leach shrugs it off. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Trevino trying to control but Leach is having none of it. Trevino content just to control the position here. Trevino throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Leach avoids a series of strikes thrown by Trevino.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trevino controlling his opponent. Trevino raining down hammerfists from mount. Trevino tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Leach tries to lock up and control but Trevino gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Leach tries to reverse the position but Trevino maintains control. Trevino sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Trevino looking to control but Leach is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Trevino unloading with bombs! Trevino pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Trevino throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Leach because Trevino loaded up on that one. Trevino has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Leach's face.

Leach tries to hold on but Trevino pushes him away. Trevino has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The referee warns Leach that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Trevino lands with some strikes. Leach is looking to improve his position but Trevino isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Trevino dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nice defenses there by Trevino. Leach rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Trevino moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Trevino lands a jab to the head.
Trevino throws a body kick that misses and Leach counters with a low kick, right behind Trevino 's knee. Trevino misses with a body shot.
A clash of legs there as Trevino blocks the low kick. Trevino throws a nice inside leg kick. Leach misses with an attempted mid kick.
A punch lands to the side of Leach 's head but he takes it in his stride. Leach misses with a straight left. Leach darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Trevino bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Leach on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Leach takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Trevino pushes Leach away with a front kick. Trevino dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Leach misses with a kick to the body.
Trevino moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leach looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Trevino uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Leach. Trevino throws a leg kick which misses Leach's front leg but catches the back leg as Leach tries to avoid it. Leach chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Trevino can pounce on him.
Trevino ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Trevino thuds his shin into the meat of Leach's side. Trevino checks a low kick from Leach. Trevino lands with a shot to the body. Crunch! Trevino slams his shin into Leach's torso. Trevino scores with a hook to the body. Leach takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Trevino on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Leach takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Leach scores with a crisp jab that stopped Trevino in his tracks. Leach on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Trevino checks a leg kick. Leach misses the jab. Trevino connects with a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leach blocks the body kick.
Crunch! Trevino slams his shin into Leach's torso. Trevino throws a shot to the body.
Leach will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Leach moves out of range as Trevino throws a body kick.
Trevino lands a right hook to the body.
Trevino bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Leach really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Leach has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Leach there as he acknowledges the shot. Trevino fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Trevino throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Leach takes a body punch but keeps moving. Trevino fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Trevino lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. A nice leg kick lands there from Trevino. Trevino throws a front kick that sends Leach stumbling back into the cage. A lazy left from Trevino finds it's target. Trevino dips to his left and cracks Leach with an uppercut! Trevino lands an overhand right.
Leach is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A shot to the liver by Trevino. Beautiful body shot. Oh Leach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Leach crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Trevino - the referee stops the clock and Leach gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Trevino. Leach manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Leach takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Leach seems to have got his legs back now. Trevino scores with a push kick. Trevino scores with a push kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Trevino is defended easily by Leach. Trevino lands with a good body shot. Trevino scores with a kick to the midsection. Leach tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Trevino is able to avoid easily. A good leg kick by Trevino. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trevino throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Trevino scores with a leg kick.
Nice body kick there by Trevino. Trevino digs a good body shot into Leach's ribs. Leach on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Leach throws a series of punches but Trevino moves out of range. Trevino is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Leach rather than just go for the knockout. A decent looking body kick lands there for Trevino. Leach tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. A thudding body kick lands there by Trevino!
Leach is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Leach takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Trevino drives through with a takedown into guard. Trevino slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Trevino has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Trevino showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Leach is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Trevino misses the shot to the body. Leach moves out of range of the body kick. Trevino throws a push kick but Leach slaps the foot to one side. Trevino moves out of range of the leg kick from Leach. Trevino scores with a nice right hand.
Trevino decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Trevino thows a huge punch but Leach dodges it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Trevino lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Trevino controlling from the full mount. Leach working to try and regain half guard.
Trevino cracks Leach with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trevino can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Leach is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trevino controlling his opponent. Matt Leach has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Trevino has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Leach's face.

Trevino's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Trevino wants to control but Leach has made it back to half guard. Nice work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Trevino not doing much here.
And that's the end of the fight! Lee Trevino comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Trevino has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
