Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Trosmakiewicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mario Junior told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ivan Trosmakiewicz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mario Junior! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Trosmakiewicz is not content to let Junior control the position. Junior working away. Trosmakiewicz tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Junior wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Junior trying to control the action but Trosmakiewicz is working from the bottom. Junior advances to mount. Junior working for a guillotine from mount but Trosmakiewicz is in no mood to give up. Junior content just to control the position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Trosmakiewicz is trying to escape the mount.
Junior tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Junior pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Junior controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Junior punishing his opponent with strikes. Junior wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. This has been an exciting period of action! Junior trying to control but Trosmakiewicz is having none of it. Trosmakiewicz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Junior on the ground. Trosmakiewicz is trying desperately to improve position. The referee warns Trosmakiewicz that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trosmakiewicz sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Junior with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Junior lands strikes from half guard. Junior passes the guard and advances to mount! Junior is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Junior!
