Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lorne Malvo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kukulcan Tonga!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malvo closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Tonga crashing to the mat! Tonga uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Tonga is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Malvo connects with a leg kick. Tonga looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Tonga is still on wobbly legs! Can Malvo finish him?
Tonga throws a low kick but it's checked well by Malvo.
Malvo blocks the body kick.
Tonga walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Tonga is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
