Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damon Macready (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Bashor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macready comes to the cage accompanied by Born to be Wild. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bashor tries to score a power double leg takedown but Macready sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bashor somewhat.
Bashor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bashor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Macready sprawls well. Macready wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bashor gets slowly back to his feet.
Damon Macready has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse Bashor.
Bashor shoots for a takedown but Macready saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Macready lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bashor or not.
Macready tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Macready scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Macready creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Bashor's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Bashor drops to his knees and Macready pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

An out of breath Damon Macready thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
