Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Worthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Worthy comes into the arena with Drop the world blaring out of the sound system. Jack Dempsey has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
29 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marlon Worthy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Dempsey!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey looks to land a left hand but Worthy moved out of range nicely.
Dempsey looks to score with a jab to the body but Worthy is just out of range.
Dempsey misses with a body shot.
Dempsey throws an off balance right hand
and Worthy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd cheers as Worthy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dempsey doesn't seem phased though.
Worthy cracks Dempsey with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dempsey throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dempsey bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Dempsey misses with a head kick.
Dempsey throws a head kick that misses
and Worthy counters with a stiff right hand.
Dempsey uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Worthy.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Worthy, as that shot connected.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dempsey lands a body shot.
Dempsey drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dempsey fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Worthy is out of range.
Dempsey slips a straight right by Worthy.
Worthy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Dempsey is rocked!
Worthy clinches up against the cage.
Dempsey is still on wobbly legs! Can Worthy finish him?
Still in the clinch, Worthy scores with a nice short uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Worthy creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Dempsey with a big uppercut! Dempsey tries to clinch up but Worthy pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Dempsey to the mat! Dempsey covers up and Worthy unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Marlon Worthy!
