Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Voronkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veldrane Sengir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Voronkoff's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, System of a Down-Aerials. Andrey Voronkoff has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrey Voronkoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Veldrane Sengir! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Voronkoff has closed the distance and engaged Sengir in a clinch.
Sengir prevents the takedown attempt.
Sengir has Voronkoff pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Voronkoff manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Voronkoff pulls guard successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round. Voronkoff fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sengir manages to avoid it. Voronkoff dives in and grabs Sengir's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sengir pushes down on Voronkoff's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrey Voronkoff. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sengir scores with a punch to the head.

Voronkoff shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Voronkoff is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sengir sees it coming and defends easily. Voronkoff trying to control the position from guard on top but Sengir is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. This has been an exciting period of action! Sengir can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Voronkoff controls the pace. Voronkoff has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sengir is proving hard to escape from. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sengir keeping moving, preventing Voronkoff from controlling successfully.

Voronkoff throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Sengir is staying active underneath Voronkoff, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Voronkoff is figuring out what he wants to do next. Voronkoff throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Sengir to regain full guard. Sengir working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Voronkoff. Voronkoff wants to get up but he can't break Sengir's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Voronkoff throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Voronkoff with a flurry of punches that miss. Voronkoff wants to control from the top but Sengir keeps moving. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sengir holds on and takes a little breather. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. We're going to have a standup here because Andrey Voronkoff wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Voronkoff connects with a solid leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Voronkoff fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sengir looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sengir moves out of range as Voronkoff throws a body kick.
Sengir blocks a leg kick. Voronkoff dives in for a single leg takedown but Sengir sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Voronkoff rushes Sengir and presses him up against the cage. Voronkoff is trying to break the clinch but Sengir has him pressed against the cage. Sengir has Voronkoff pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Voronkoff manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Sengir is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Voronkoff gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Voronkoff breaks the clinch.
Voronkoff has his takedown stuffed and Sengir counters with a single leg into guard. Voronkoff didn't expect that. Sengir loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Voronkoff wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Voronkoff is looking for a triangle but Sengir pushes his legs off easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Voronkoff moves into the clinch. Sengir has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Voronkoff avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Andrey Voronkoff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Veldrane Sengir. Voronkoff is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sengir is keeping busy. Voronkoff lands with a short head shot on the inside. It looks like Veldrane Sengir has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sengir closes the distance and clinches up with Voronkoff, looking for a takedown. Sengir pushes Voronkoff against the cage but Voronkoff circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Voronkoff closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sengir circles away. Andrey Voronkoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sengir shoots in and bounces Voronkoff off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Voronkoff is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sengir stays in close to Voronkoff's body and controls the position. Sengir postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Sengir is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
