Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Dandas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urbano Brayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Urbano Brayson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bruce Dandas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Urbano Brayson! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brayson throws a left and a right that both miss
so Dandas counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Dandas stops Brayson from standing up. Dandas definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Dandas slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Brayson wants to stand but Dandas is controlling the position. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dandas's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dandas prevents Brayson from getting back to his feet. Brayson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dandas is pushing down on Brayson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Brayson is fighting to maintain full guard but Dandas has managed to sneak the leg through. Dandas slows the pace down in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dandas connects with a nice short shot to Brayson's temple. Dandas performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Dandas prevents Brayson from standing back up.
Dandas content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Bruce Dandas has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Brayson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brayson looks to throw the jab but Dandas is out of range. Brayson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dandas gets a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dandas is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Brayson is trying to push Dandas away but Dandas has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Dandas lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dandas working Brayson over with strikes. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brayson can do anything to dispel that myth. Dandas passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Brayson! Dandas is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Brayson is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Brayson flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Dandas anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Brayson and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Dandas slips an arm under Brayson chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Dandas has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Dandas is squeezing on Brayson like an anaconda would it's prey. Brayson fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bruce Dandas! A relieved looking Bruce Dandas thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. The defeated Urbano Brayson had this to say: 'Time is ticking away, why will no one stand with me. you want to catch me then knock me out, you submit me I no respect you. And screw all you fans!'.
