Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nobero Shimasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Sebastian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nobero Shimasaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacob Sebastian!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shimasaki misses with a body kick.
Shimasaki throws a front kick that sends Sebastian stumbling back into the cage.
Sebastian moves out of range as Shimasaki throws a body kick.
A good leg kick by Shimasaki.
Shimasaki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sebastian on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The fighters circle momentarily. Shimasaki darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Shimasaki clinches up with Sebastian and pushes him back against the cage.
Sebastian is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Shimasaki is defending well.
Sebastian goes for a takedown in the clinch but Shimasaki prevents it.
Shimasaki is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sebastian has hold of one of Shimasaki's legs. Shimasaki is fighting the takedown attempt but Sebastian gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Sebastian trying to control the position from guard on top but Shimasaki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sebastian won't allow Shimasaki to get back to his feet.

Sebastian drops back, looking for a kneebar! Shimasaki looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Shimasaki looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Shimasaki!
Sebastian avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Shimasaki.
You can see the frustration on Sebastian's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sebastian is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Shimasaki's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sebastian trying to control but Shimasaki postures up.
Shimasaki looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sebastian with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Shimasaki has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Sebastian actively working from the bottom here.
Sebastian is refusing to be controlled, as Shimasaki sits in half guard.
Shimasaki seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Sebastian avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Shimasaki.
Sebastian is looking to control Shimasaki's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sebastian avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shimasaki tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Sebastian.

Sebastian slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Shimasaki has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Sebastian is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Sebastian might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Shimasaki haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jacob Sebastian was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Sebastian takes a kick to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shimasaki lands a high kick!
Shimasaki is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Shimasaki lands a nice looking body kick.
Sebastian takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nobero Shimasaki dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Shimasaki pushes Sebastian away with a front kick.
Shimasaki throws a sloppy head kick and Sebastian moves out of range easily.
Shimasaki tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Shimasaki lands with a slapping head kick.
A jab from Shimasaki finds it's way through Sebastian's defenses.

and Sebastian cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Shimasaki throws a quick inside leg kick.
Shimasaki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sebastian's calf.
The fight stays on the outside here - Shimasaki looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Shimasaki delivers a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shimasaki lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sebastian chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Shimasaki can pounce on him.
Sebastian is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A swing and a miss from Sebastian.
Sebastian takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Sebastian on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Shimasaki. Shimasaki obviously looking to wear him down.
Shimasaki thumps Sebastian with a low kick.
Sebastian has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sebastian there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sebastian walks into a stiff left hand from Shimasaki.
Sebastian is still on wobbly legs! Can Shimasaki finish him?
Shimasaki feints and then cracks Sebastian's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sebastian down.
Sebastian seems to have recovered his senses.
Sebastian takes one to the side of the head.
Nobero Shimasaki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shimasaki pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Shimasaki and Sebastian are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Shimasaki throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Sebastian into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Shimasaki knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Nobero Shimasaki!
Nobero Shimasaki really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Kore Fight Nutrition [TG] logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
In defeat, Jacob Sebastian stepped up to the mic, saying 'The path to success lies ahead of me. Aramaitie!'.
