Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Major Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawkins has chosen The Second Coming as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Major Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steve Hawkins! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hawkins looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Miller in particular looking to stall. Miller thows a huge punch but Hawkins dodges it nicely.
Miller stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Hawkins to get to his feet. Hawkins's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Miller connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hawkins scrambles back to his feet. Hawkins has his takedown stuffed and Miller counters with a single leg into guard. Hawkins didn't expect that. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miller stands up and waves to Hawkins to follow him. Miller darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Miller escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hawkins gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Miller wants to get up but he can't break Hawkins's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Miller stands up over Hawkins, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Hawkins is working an open guard so Miller takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Miller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Miller showed some decent athleticism there. Miller thows a huge punch but Hawkins dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miller content to control rather than advance. Miller's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hawkins for as long as he can get away with. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Miller tries to stand and escape but Hawkins is controlling the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Major Miller wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Miller scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Miller is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Miller stands up from half guard. Miller feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller gets to his feet - Hawkins follows without any prompting. Miller throws a shot to the body.
Miller fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hawkins sprawls well initially but Miller persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Miller controlling the action here. Hawkins has hold of Miller's hands but Miller slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Miller takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Hawkins is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Miller scores with a couple of nice shots. Miller is working for a submission of some sort.
Miller decides to return to a standing position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hawkins pushes Miller up against the cage in a clinch. Miller scores with a shoulder strike. Miller gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hawkins regains guard.
Miller controls from within his opponent's guard. Miller stands up and waves to Hawkins to follow him. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hawkins closes the distance and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Major Miller dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Miller closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Miller with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Miller tries to stand but can't do so whilst Hawkins controls his leg. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Miller decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Miller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hawkins to the ground. Miller is now in Hawkins's guard. Miller showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Hawkins is breathing heavily. Miller stands up and waves to Hawkins to follow him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hawkins takes one to the side of the head.
Miller misses with a looping right. Hawkins gets tackled into the cage by Miller. Miller maintains the clinch. Miller gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Miller is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Miller controlling from the top position. Miller gets to his feet. Hawkins looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Hawkins tries for a takedown but Miller circles away easily and Miller counters by moving into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller pulls guard effortlessly. Miller could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hawkins is sitting in close to Miller's body. Miller has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hawkins is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hawkins is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Miller.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Major Miller! Steve Hawkins spoke after the fight, saying 'I have nothing to say to you stupid people the referee doesn't know what he is doing but me and my manager Don King will makes sure this doesn't go unpunished!'.
