Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Trap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sangram Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Trap! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sangram Singh! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Singh throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Trap was covering up waiting for the punch and Singh finishes the takedown easily into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Trap utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Singh missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Singh working some strikes from top position. Singh drops back looking for a leg! Trap is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Trap manages to kick Singh off! Singh jumps back into Trap's guard. Trap trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Singh with a nice head shot there. Singh working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Trap looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Singh has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Trap utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Singh won't allow Trap to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Singh scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Singh preventing the sweep. Singh tries to free his leg and advance position but Trap is retaining full guard. Trap wants to sweep but no luck. Singh is looking to work some ground and pound but Trap has wrist control. Trap controls Singh momentarily but Singh frees himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Singh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Singh lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Trap looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Singh with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Singh preventing the sweep. Singh tries to free his leg and advance position but Trap is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trap wants to improve his position but instead Singh has moved into half guard.
Singh is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Trap defends it well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trap works his way to full guard. Good work. Trap on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Trap tries to get out of the position. Singh preventing the sweep. Trap tries to strike from the bottom.
Singh loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Trap has momentary wrist control but Singh slips an elbow through the middle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Singh cracks Trap with a solid left hand. Singh scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Singh takes a decent strike to the side of the head. Singh trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Trap is on top in guard.
Singh has his feet on Trap's thighs here. He's pushed Trap off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Trap screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
