Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank DeNino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billybob Brubaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brubaker throws a right hand that DeNino ducks under and follows up with a left that DeNino also avoids with ease.
Brubaker looks to score with a jab to the body but DeNino is just out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brubaker. DeNino does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brubaker takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Brubaker has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from DeNino finds it's way round the side to connect with Brubaker's head.

Oh DeNino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brubaker circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops DeNino to the canvas! DeNino doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Brubaker keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billybob Brubaker!
