Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Bolda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bolda's choice of entrance music: Fett's Vette. Nick Fury could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Josh Bolda's chin.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Fury throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bolda sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fury throws a jab when Bolda was well out of range.
Fury ducks right into an uppercut from Bolda.
Fury takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Bolda scores with the left hand. Fury knows he should have avoided that one.
Bolda avoids the head kick by Fury.
Bolda scores with a decent looking hook.
Fury throws out a leg kick but Bolda moves out of range and Fury only half commits.
Bolda is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fury sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Fury has been working on his boxing with his coaches at GTi Boot Camp in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bolda wants to control from the top but Fury keeps moving.
Fury utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Bolda is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Bolda passes Fury's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Bolda looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Fury tries to get to full guard but Bolda has control of the leg.
Bolda is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Fury tries to roll over but Bolda keeps him under control.

Bolda is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Fury has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bolda is working away from the top position though.
Bolda tries to pass the half guard into mount. Fury knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Bolda is looking to stall here but Fury recovers full guard.
Fury seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Bolda with a flurry of punches that miss.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fury preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Bolda slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bolda postures up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Fury swings for the body but Bolda moves out of range.
Fury gets caught flat footed, as Bolda shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bolda trying to control the position from guard on top but Fury is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bolda drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fury dives on top into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fury looking to pass the guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Josh Bolda will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fury uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bolda has time to react.
Bolda looks to throw the jab but Fury is out of range.
Fury misses with an attempted mid kick.
Bolda misses with an uppercut.
Good exchange - Bolda coming out on top.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fury lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bolda has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bolda and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Bolda counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bolda.
Fury is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bolda is looking to advance position but Fury has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Bolda slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fury is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bolda is just riding it out for now. Fury eventually gives up the hold.
Bolda is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fury's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fury's back!

Fury trying to control the position but Bolda manages to sink in the hooks.
Fury is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

I really don't envy Fury right now.
Josh Bolda has got the better of the ground game so far.
