Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tinker Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Avery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tinker Bell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Avery!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avery throws a front kick aimed at Bell's knee but Bell avoids it well.
Avery misses the jab.
Avery digs a good hook to Bell's body.
Sean Avery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Avery jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Avery throws a lazy right hand but Bell sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bell tries to close the distance and clinch but Avery swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Avery ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bell moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Avery throws a leg kick but Bell checks it.
Avery throws a body shot but no joy.
Bell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Avery paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Avery throws a body kick that misses.
Bell definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Tinker Bell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Avery.

Avery wants to take the fight to the mat but Bell manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bell lands an elbow inside that Avery shrugs off.
Avery blocks the elbow strike.
Bell misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Avery.
Avery tries to score a body lock takedown but Bell shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Avery is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bell lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.


That has opened up Sean Avery's cut even more.
Avery has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bell avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Bell lands an elbow that stopped Avery in his tracks for a moment.
Avery drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bell pulls his leg out and moves away.

Avery is looking to slow Bell down with leg kicks.
Bell moves out of range of the strikes.
Bell moves out of range of the body kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bell looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bell tries to clinch there but Avery circles away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Avery lunges at Bell with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bell's hand.
Avery walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bell checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Bell tries to close the distance and clinch but Avery swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A nice leg kick lands there from Avery.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bell moves away from the strike by Avery.
Bell fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Avery looks to throw the jab but Bell is out of range.
Bell blocks a low kick nicely.
Avery misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bell.

The fighters circle momentarily. Avery darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Avery counters with a low kick, right behind Bell 's knee.
Avery misses with a kick to the body.
Bell checks a low kick from Avery.
Bell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Avery to score with a decent uppercut.

Avery throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Bell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Avery paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Avery fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bell on the side of the head.

Avery pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Avery waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bell.
Sean Avery seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Bell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Avery manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Avery drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bell pulls his leg out and moves away.

Sean Avery comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Avery has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
