Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Cloutier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Minoru Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cloutier comes to the cage accompanied by Cry Like A Bitch. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cloutier walks into a straight right hand from Suzuki.
Cloutier tries for a takedown but Suzuki sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cloutier on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Cloutier shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Suzuki as he avoids it easily.

Cloutier gets tackled into the cage by Suzuki. Suzuki maintains the clinch.
Suzuki lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Suzuki connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cloutier. Cloutier circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Cloutier tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Suzuki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Suzuki lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Cloutier moves forwards but Suzuki connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Suzuki feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Cloutier sprawling to the canvas! Cloutier rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Suzuki finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Suzuki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Cloutier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Minoru Suzuki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cloutier tries to close the distance and clinch but Suzuki swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Cloutier shoots in looking for a takedown. Suzuki tries to sprawl out of it but Cloutier keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Suzuki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Suzuki lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Cloutier tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Suzuki's elbow.

Suzuki sends Cloutier crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Suzuki is motioning to the referee to let Cloutier up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Cloutier fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Suzuki scores with a kick to the midsection.

Cloutier takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Cloutier sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Cloutier has Suzuki pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Suzuki manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Suzuki tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cloutier's elbow.

Cloutier is trying to trip Suzuki. He has hold of a leg but Suzuki is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Cloutier persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Suzuki is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
