Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinnie Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Olivero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vinnie Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Olivero!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black tries to bum rush Olivero with a series of wild strikes but Olivero uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Olivero misses with a body kick.
Black blocks a head kick by Olivero.
Black throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Olivero tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Black is in Olivero's guard.
Olivero is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Black dives into side control.
Olivero takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Black stands up and beckons Olivero to his feet.
Nice body kick there by Olivero.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Black misses with a takedown attempt - Olivero sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Olivero throws a head kick that misses
and Black counters with a nice body shot.
Nice shot by Olivero.
Black shoots in for a double leg but Olivero sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Black looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Olivero scores with a nice right hand.
A punch lands to the side of Black 's head but he takes it in his stride.
No luck for Black with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vinnie Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Black shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Olivero as he avoids it easily.
Olivero lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Black crumples to the floor! Olivero milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ivan Olivero!
