Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Penncil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow's entrance music is winters coming. A fine choice. BJ Penncil has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, BJ Penncil! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Penncil has a takedown stuffed. Sloppy strikes from Snow. Those never looked like landing. Snow throws a series of punches but Penncil avoids them all with ease. A punch combination from Snow misses. Penncil tries for a takedown but Snow circles away easily and Snow counters with a left to the body. A cross from Snow lands. Snow scores with a jab to the head.
Penncil on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Snow digs a good body shot into Penncil's ribs. Penncil tries for a takedown but Snow sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jon Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BJ Penncil. Snow shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Penncil manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Snow drops back looking for a leg! Penncil is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Penncil manages to kick Snow off! Snow jumps back into Penncil's guard. Penncil working for a triangle but Snow defends it easily.
We've been hearing good reports from Snow's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow trying to move into half guard but instead Penncil has managed to sweep! Penncil looking to pass the guard. Snow is pulling down on Penncil's head. It's preventing any offense from Penncil, at least for the moment. Penncil drops back, looking for a kneebar! Snow looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Snow looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Snow! Penncil takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Penncil is trying to improve his position. Penncil gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Penncil is looking for a sweep. Snow is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Snow is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Snow lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Penncil is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Snow's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Snow's back! Penncil is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Snow is defending well though. Penncil let's go of the attempt for now. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Snow tries to break free.
Penncil is looking for a choke. Snow gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Snow manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Snow postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow landing with the ground and pound. Snow seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Snow passes Penncil's left leg - he's now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Penncil taking some punishment here, with Snow in his half guard. Snow lands strikes from half guard. Snow looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Snow lands a nice short elbow. Snow wants to take a breather but Penncil is having none of it. Snow takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Snow working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Snow sitting and controlling from the half guard. Penncil trying to hold on to Snow's head to control him but Snow postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Penncil is trying to get back to full guard. Penncil has hold of Snow's hands but Snow slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Snow seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Penncil does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Penncil is looking for a sweep. Snow is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Penncil is trying to maintain the position but Snow is very close to passing his half guard. Snow tries to pass to full mount but Penncil defends it. Snow working the head and body with strikes. Snow is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Penncil! Snow is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Penncil can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! A nice elbow there by Snow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Snow with shots to the head and body - Penncil looks very uncomfortable down there. Penncil really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Penncil is bucking up trying to escape but Snow cracks him with another couple of good strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snow dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Penncil on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Nice takedown defense from Snow. No joy for Penncil on that attempt. Penncil gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Snow scoring with some ground and pound. Penncil looking for a guillotine here but Snow defends easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Penncil has hold of Snow's hands but Snow slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Snow stalling. Snow prevents Penncil from improving his position. Penncil keeps trying to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Snow scoring with strikes to the body and head. Penncil is looking for a sweep. Snow is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Snow drops an elbow to the side of Penncil's head. Penncil wants to get back to full guard. Snow is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Penncil defends it well. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Snow in particular looking to stall. Snow looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Penncil with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Snow working the head and body with strikes. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Snow connects with a nice short shot to Penncil's temple. Penncil is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Penncil is still trying to improve position. Snow is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Penncil is just riding it out for now. Snow eventually gives up the hold. Penncil wants to get back to full guard. Snow landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Snow working over Penncil with some ground and pound. Penncil looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Snow works his foot free and advances to mount. Snow lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Penncil keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Snow landing strikes, looking to finish! Snow sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Penncil taking shots to the head. Snow lands a big elbow - Penncil is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Penncil is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Jon Snow! In his post fight interview, Jon Snow gave a big smile as he said 'thanks to all my fellow brothers in black, let us go fornicate with the wildling women before the whitewalkers come and kill us all....'.
