Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Washington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilafat Urskilz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Washington kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is TNT. Samuel Washington had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urskilz thuds his shin into the meat of Washington's side.
Urskilz tried to score with a low kick but Washington checks it.

Urskilz fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Washington.

Washington ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Urskilz moves away.
A slow jab from Washington misses its intended target.
Urskilz uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Washington has time to react.

Washington has been working on his balance at Pain , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Urskilz.

Washington chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Urskilz can pounce on him.

Washington throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Urskilz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Samuel Washington will probably get the nod.

Washington cracks Urskilz with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Urskilz is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Urskilz is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Washington is staying active.
Poor strikes thrown by Washington there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Urskilz tries to lock up and control but Washington gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Urskilz sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
