The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
DeSilva circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dean wants to clinch up but DeSilva keeps it at a distance.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Dean has his foot on DeSilva's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. DeSilva works his way back into a safe position though.
