Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Goopy Penderash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Dragons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penderash comes to the cage accompanied by Sandstorm - Darude. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Goopy Penderash! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Dragons! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dragons misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dragons looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Penderash! Penderash can't escape the position.
Dragons controlling from mount. Penderash could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dragons's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Dragons is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Penderash can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Penderash might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Penderash gets back to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dragons in particular looking to stall. Dragons looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Penderash pushes Dragons off looking to stand but Dragons dives back in and keeps control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Penderash manages to get to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dragons wants to stand and escape but instead Penderash has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Penderash stands up from Dragons's guard - Penderash perhaps looking for a knockout. Dragons tries for a takedown but Penderash sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Penderash looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Penderash is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Penderash doesn't manage to clinch there - Dragons circles away.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dragons drops down looking for an ankle pick but Penderash pulls his leg out and moves away.

A close round but Fred Dragons will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dragons shoots in but no luck this time. The fight stays on the outside here - Penderash looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Penderash is looking to slow Dragons down with leg kicks. Penderash is looking to clinch but Dragons is avoiding it.
Dragons lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Goopy Penderash has been cut. Dragons closes this distance looking for a takedown but Penderash circles away. Dragons tries to keep at a distance but Penderash has taken the fight into the clinch. Dragons tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Penderash just stands there and leans against the cage. Goopy Penderash has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fred Dragons. Penderash breaks from the clinch.
Dragons looks to land a left hand but Penderash moved out of range nicely. Penderash rushes Dragons and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dragons tries to break the clinch but Penderash is controlling the position. Penderash lands a nice elbow. Dragons is breathing heavily. Dragons working aggressively here.

Dragons wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Penderash has him pressed against the cage. Dragons avoiding damage as Penderash throws knees to the body.

Penderash lands an elbow just above Dragons 's eye. Come on Dragons - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Dragons is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Penderash pulls him back up using the underhooks. Dragons is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Dragons tries to score a body lock takedown but Penderash shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Penderash landing knees to the body.

Dragons breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A low kick from Dragons is predictable there and Penderash counters by clinching up. Dragons letting Penderash take a breather here. Dragons wants to break the clinch but can't.

Penderash misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Dragons.
Dragons throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Penderash blocks it with crossed arms. Penderash trying to land knees to the body.

A head punch on the inside from Dragons fails to land. Dragons tries to break the clinch but Penderash is controlling the position. Dragons wants to break free but Penderash has control.

Penderash drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dragons sneaks out the side door and pushes Penderash away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Dragons throws a front kick aimed at Penderash's knee but Penderash avoids it well. Penderash tries to clinch up. Penderash feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Penderash trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dragons's guard. Penderash prevents Dragons from getting back to his feet. Penderash wants to stand but Dragons is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dragons is trying to control the position but Penderash postures up. Penderash thows a big elbow that misses. Penderash is fighting to break Dragons's control of his arms but Dragons is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dragons has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Penderash has passed into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Goopy Penderash dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Goopy Penderash's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Penderash throws a right and a left that both miss. Penderash shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dragons but Dragons pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dragons tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Penderash drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dragons gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Penderash wriggles free and stands up. Dragons throws a leg kick and Penderash holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Dragons has had enough of the clinch but Penderash keeps him there for the moment. Penderash stops a takedown attempt from Dragons.
Penderash crunches a lovely knee into Dragons's ribcage. Dragons has Penderash pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Penderash manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Dragons tries for a takedown but Penderash manages to get underhooks.

Dragons shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Penderash counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Goopy Penderash is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dragons tries to clinch and Penderash makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Dragons throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Penderash's waist but Penderash gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dragons off to one side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Penderash cracks the inside of Dragons's front leg. Fred Dragons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Penderash wants to clinch up but Dragons keeps it at a distance. Dragons drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dragons throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Penderash works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Dragons is looking to pass Penderash's guard but actually Penderash recovers to full guard. Penderash controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dragons wants to stand and escape but instead Penderash has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Dragons wants to sweep here but Penderash controlling him for the moment. Dragons keeping moving, preventing Penderash from controlling successfully. Dragons pushes Penderash off and gets back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Goopy Penderash showed his dominance in that final round. Well Penderash has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
