Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Armon Gill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jin Yoong!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoong takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Yoong fails with the takedown
and Gill makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Yoong really felt that one!
Gill tries a head kick but it misses.

A head kick from Gill lands but Yoong takes it in his stride.
It looks like Jin Yoong has been cut.
Gill clinches.
Yoong tries to pull guard but Gill forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Yoong is trying to pull guard but Gill turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Armon Gill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jin Yoong.
Gill lands an elbow just above Yoong 's eye.
Yoong stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

That has opened up Jin Yoong's cut even more.

Gill keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Yoong's efforts to push away.

Gill lands an elbow that stopped Yoong in his tracks for a moment.
Jin Yoong's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jin Yoong's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Armon Gill!
Armon Gill was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
