Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rory OReilly! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones clinches with his opponent.
Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones has his takedown stuffed and OReilly counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Jones gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from OReilly.
OReilly is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. A short right hand to the side of the head by Jones. Jones is trying to pull guard but OReilly has him pressed against the cage. OReilly wants a takedown.
Liam Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rory OReilly. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Jones as OReilly tries to tie him up. Jones goes for a takedown attempt but OReilly pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jones shoots and misses and OReilly counters with a takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. OReilly is trying to get an arm triangle but Jones is defending well.

Jones is looking to reverse the position. You can see the frustration on Jones's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but OReilly wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. OReilly has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Jones! Jones really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The referee warns Jones that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
OReilly prevents Jones from getting the reversal. OReilly has control of Jones's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jones regains control of the situation pretty easily.
OReilly has hold of Jones's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jones manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's three minutes gone in the round. OReilly looking to control but Jones is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. OReilly working for a submission but Jones is keeping him at bay. OReilly working for a guillotine from mount but Jones is in no mood to give up. Jones is in all sorts of trouble here.

Jones trying to control the action but OReilly just sinks the hooks in. Jones looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Jones just trying to survive but OReilly is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Jones wants to escape the position.

Jones wants to control but OReilly is keeping busy and won't allow it. Jones wants to get back to full guard. OReilly seems to be working for a kimura but Jones defends the submission attempt. They are putting on a show! OReilly closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jones to the mat! Jones manages to get full guard. OReilly sitting in guard, not really doing much. OReilly trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. OReilly is in close to Jones's body, working some short punches and elbows. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. OReilly sitting in guard here, content to control. OReilly drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick OReilly off! OReilly jumps back into Jones's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rory OReilly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Jones fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jones tries to grapple but his opponent circles and OReilly counters with a shoot takedown. Jones fights it but they end up in guard. Rory OReilly has got the better of the ground game so far. OReilly sitting in guard here, content to control.

OReilly is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Jones wants to pass to mount but OReilly is defending the position. OReilly tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones is just content to waste time from the top position. OReilly takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. OReilly had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jones defends it easily. Jones gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but OReilly paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones shoots in and drives through. OReilly sprawls well. OReilly shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely. OReilly fails to land the takedown. Liam Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rory OReilly. Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by OReilly.
Rory OReilly is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Jones closes this distance looking for a takedown but OReilly circles away.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Rory OReilly. I've got OReilly winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
