Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Jammin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jammin comes to the cage accompanied by Dance Monkey. The crowd seem to be enjoying King's choice of entrance music: Street Nigga. Ben Jammin has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Jammin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trey King! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jammin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jammin throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. Jammin manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. King is looking for a kimura but Jammin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for King to get the leverage. King is tying to control. Jammin wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Jammin pushes King off looking to stand but King dives back in and keeps control.
King wants to pass to mount but Jammin is defending the position. King is keen to just control but Jammin is a slippery customer.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jammin wants to clinch. Jammin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for King! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jammin thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's one minute gone in the round. King holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Jammin tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
King really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The referee warns King that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Jammin sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. King tries to lock up and control but Jammin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. King is looking to improve his position but Jammin isn't that keen on the idea. Jammin trying to control but he's not successful this time. Jammin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. King gets back to half guard. King has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jammin is working away from the top position though. Jammin is pressing down on King's thigh, looking to free his foot. King is holding on for now. Jammin escapes and gets back to his feet. King misses with a wild combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jammin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
King drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. King looks gassed! Jammin looking for a sweep. Not yet Jammin, not yet. King trying to control the position from guard on top but Jammin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jammin looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
King trying to control but Jammin is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jammin kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. King advances position into side control! King taking a break here but Jammin is having none of it and regains half guard. King wants to free his trapped foot but Jammin is holding on for dear life with his legs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Trey King will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jammin looking for a takedown here - he's got it. King is trying to control the position but Jammin postures up. Jammin is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Jammin trying to control but King is working from the bottom. Jammin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. King has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Jammin is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for King. King is breathing heavily. Jammin in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. King manages to get back to half guard. Jammin is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Jammin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Jammin sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. King defending well though. Jammin frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. King is working to get back to half guard.
Jammin lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
King is bucking up trying to escape but Jammin cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. King looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Jammin wants to lay and pray for a moment but King keeps working. King manages to get to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jammin trying to control the position from guard on top but King is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. King is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jammin tries to close the distance and clinch but King swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. King throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jammin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in King's guard. King working a defensive guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
King landing strikes, looking to finish! Jammin is working to get back to half guard.
Jammin manages to regain half guard. Good work. Jammin trying to control here.
King passes to side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Jammin dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
King misses with a takedown attempt and Jammin counters with a nice double leg into guard. King is looking for a triangle but Jammin pushes his legs off easily.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jammin's corner. There ya go! There ya go! King working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jammin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jammin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jammin lands a couple of digs. Jammin stands and steps away. King gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jammin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Jammin missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Jammin tries to stand but his hand is stuck under King. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jammin is nestled in close to King, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. King is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. King trying to control but Jammin postures up.
Jammin moves into full mount! King won't be happy about that! King tries to reverse the position but Jammin maintains control. Jammin working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jammin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as King is looking to escape. Jammin goes for an armbar but he's not got it… King turns into him and now he's in Jammin's guard.
Jammin wants to hit a switch here but King passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Jammin there! Jammin is trying to escape the mount but King keeps good control and instead manages to take Jammin's back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jammin fending off the submission attempt from King. Jammin wants to get back to his feet. King has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jammin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Jammin trying to control the hands but King breaks the grip. Ben Jammin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jammin rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
King prevents Jammin from standing back up.
King is trying to control the action in half guard but Jammin is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. King works his foot free and advances to mount. King wants to control the pace but Jammin is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Ben Jammin showed his dominance in that final round. Well Jammin has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
