Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jens Pedersen!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedersen throws a big shot that misses.
The Plumber is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pedersen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
The Plumber drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pedersen gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Pedersen tries to work over The Plumber's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
The Plumber is working for takedown but Pedersen is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe The Plumber. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The Plumber tries to pull guard but Pedersen forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

The Plumber goes for a double leg but Pedersen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Pedersen continues to drive forward.
Pedersen comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The Plumber tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Pedersen has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. The Plumber seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Pedersen can turn it around.

The Plumber is breathing heavily.

Oh The Plumber is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pedersen lands a body punch in the clinch.
Pedersen creates a bit of space for himself and rocks The Plumber with a big uppercut! The Plumber tries to clinch up but Pedersen pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples The Plumber to the mat! The Plumber covers up and Pedersen unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jens Pedersen!
Jens Pedersen decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
