Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Don Stewart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kevin Rose! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Rose misses. Stewart ducks under a wild hook from Rose. Rose misses with a two punch combination.
Stewart walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Rose catches Stewart with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Don Stewart has been cut. Rose throws a series of punches but Stewart moves out of range. Rose misses with a hook
and Stewart counters with a flying knee. Nice. A punch combination from Rose misses. Rose misses with a left hand and Stewart counters with a big head kick but Rose shrugs it off. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A telegraphed right hand from Rose misses the target. Rose throws a right hand that misses
and Stewart counters with a left and a right that stings Rose. Kevin Rose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rose misses with a lunging right hand
and Stewart counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Rose is lucky that one didn't land flush. Stewart bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Rose throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Stewart counters with a big head kick but Rose shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rose misses with a left hand and Stewart counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Rose is lucky that one didn't land flush. Rose thuds his right hand into Stewart's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Rose throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Rose throws out a loose jab but Stewart uses good head movement to avoid it. Rose throws a nice looking combination but Stewart bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rose throws a jab but it's blocked by Stewart. Rose misses with a left hand and Stewart counters with a head kick. Rose lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Stewart counters with a flying knee. Nice. Kevin Rose is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rose lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rose swings widly with a right hand
and Stewart counters with a series of strikes. Rose will be more careful next time no doubt. Rose looks to land a right hand but Stewart moved out of range.

Stewart really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rose throws out a loose jab but Stewart uses good head movement to avoid it. Rose swings widly with a right hand
and Stewart counters with a big head kick but Rose shrugs it off. Rose moves into range and connects with a jab. Rose lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rose walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Stewart drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Rose swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Stewart's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
