Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ville Ahlo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ville Ahlo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, The Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahlo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ahlo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hunter momentarily.

It looks like The Hunter has been cut.
Ahlo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Hunter clinches.
Ahlo with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Hunter blocks the elbow strike.
Ahlo tries to break the clinch but Hunter is controlling the position.

Hunter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ahlo moves out of range of the strikes.
Ahlo jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Hunter tries to clinch up but Ahlo circles away and keeps his distance.
Hunter doesn't manage to clinch there - Ahlo circles away.
Hunter uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ahlo.
Ahlo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hunter shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ahlo eats them both and turns towards Hunter to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Ville Ahlo has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ahlo throws a jab but it's blocked by Hunter.
Hunter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ville Ahlo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ahlo tries to score with a low kick but Hunter moves his leg out of the way.
Ahlo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hunter but Hunter pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hunter slips under a jab from Ahlo.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hunter looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hunter tries to clinch but Ahlo moves out of range.

Hunter darts in and clinches Ahlo up against the cage.
Hunter managing to block the knees to the body from Ahlo.
Hunter presses Ahlo against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Ahlo wants to break free but Hunter has control.
Ahlo is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hunter is keeping busy.
Hunter lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Hunter blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Hunter lands with a short shot to the head.
Ahlo throws an elbow but it misses.
Hunter creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ahlo's defenses.
Hunter blocks the elbow strike.

Ahlo manages to break the clinch.

Hunter lands a big head kick that sends Ahlo tumbling to the mat! Hunter takes a step backwards and waves Ahlo back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ahlo is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hunter finds Ahlo's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Ahlo flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Hunter lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Ahlo will be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). The Hunter!
The Hunter was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
