The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Gaur finds it's way through Shango's defenses.
Shango feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Gaur on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gaur tries to get out of the position.

Shango is pushing down on Gaur's leg trying to pass to half guard. Gaur is fighting to maintain full guard but Shango has managed to sneak the leg through.

Shango is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Gaur is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
