Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakob Silfversberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ogami Itto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jakob Silfversberg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Ogami Itto! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Silfversberg throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Itto just misses with a punch to the body.
Silfversberg shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Itto but Itto pushes him off and we're back to square one. Silfversberg seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Silfversberg paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Silfversberg misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Itto tries to land a leg kick but Silfversberg saw it coming and moves away.
Itto throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Silfversberg tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Itto is in Silfversberg's guard. Silfversberg wants to sweep here but Itto controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Itto connects with a couple of short punches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silfversberg avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Itto works a leg free and moves into half guard. Silfversberg has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Itto is working away from the top position though. Itto trying to control the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Itto prevents Silfversberg from improving his position. The fighters are battling for position here. Silfversberg manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Itto is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Silfversberg working a defensive guard here.
Itto looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Itto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silfversberg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Itto has managed to get both his arms back between Silfversberg's legs - danger averted. Itto trying to control the position from guard on top but Silfversberg is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Silfversberg controls Itto momentarily but Itto frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Silfversberg had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Itto defends it easily. Silfversberg looking for a sweep. Not yet Silfversberg, not yet. Itto throwing strikes from guard but Silfversberg blocks nicely. Itto is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Silfversberg has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Itto is looking to defend but Silfversberg has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Itto! Silfversberg pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Itto taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jakob Silfversberg! A very excited looking Jakob Silfversberg rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
