Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terrace Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derfel Cardan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cardan's choice of entrance music: Old England's Glory. Derfel Cardan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Terrace Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Derfel Cardan! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams connects with a jab.
It looks like Derfel Cardan has been cut. Williams misses with a double jab.
Cardan moves away from the strike by Williams. Cardan tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Williams misses with a lunging right hand
and Cardan counters by moving into the clinch. Williams throws a head punch that misses. Williams misses with a hook from the clinch. A nice left hand lands by Cardan.
It looks like Terrace Williams has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Williams tries to break free but Cardan pushes him back against the cage. Cardan tries a body shot but Williams blocks it.
Cardan lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Cardan lands a body shot in the clinch.
Cardan blocks an uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Cardan.
Cardan lands on the inside with an uppercut. Williams wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Come on Cardan - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Cardan lands with a right to the head. Cardan lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Williams swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Williams tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Cardan lands a body punch. Williams is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cardan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Cardan lands with a left to the head.
Terrace Williams's cut is getting worse. Cardan pushes Williams back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Cardan stalling.
The crowd are getting on Cardan's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Cardan lands a shoulder strike. A right handed body shot lands from Cardan.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cardan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Williams backwards.
Williams is rocked! I was talking to Williams's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Cardan working aggressively here.
Cardan lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Williams to his knees! Cardan keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Derfel Cardan! In his post fight interview, Derfel Cardan started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
