Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orkan Dogu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Fayth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Fayth's choice of entrance music: Awry Decade - Aisle of Denial. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Orkan Dogu! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ray Fayth! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dogu just misses with a punch to the body.
Dogu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fayth manages to avoid it. Fayth misses with a takedown attempt and Dogu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Fayth with a poor takedown and Dogu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Ray Fayth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fayth gets caught napping as Dogu dives in and scores a takedown. Fayth manages to retain guard. Fayth bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dogu's guard. Dogu looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fayth wants to control from the top but Dogu keeps moving. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fayth accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fayth pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dogu is keeping the position for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dogu is on top in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fayth has his foot on Dogu's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dogu works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dogu wants to control from the top but Fayth keeps moving. Fayth looking for a guillotine here but Dogu defends easily.
Fayth keeping full guard, as Dogu tries to pass. Dogu sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Fayth's guard. Dogu working over Fayth with some ground and pound. Fayth looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Fayth wants to get back to full guard. Fayth looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Fayth tries to roll over but Dogu keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fayth works his way to full guard. Good work. Fayth has momentary wrist control but Dogu slips an elbow through the middle. Fayth is trying to keep Dogu in close.
Fayth is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dogu is aware though and is defending well. Fayth working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dogu. Fayth escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dogu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fayth avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Fayth is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Dogu working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Dogu throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dogu lands a couple of elbows. Fayth preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dogu stopping the sweep attempt from Fayth. Dogu throws a big elbow that misses. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dogu's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Fayth preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Fayth is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dogu is aware though and is defending well. Fayth can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dogu controls the pace. Fayth had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dogu defends it easily. Dogu preventing the sweep. Dogu throws an elbow that misses. Fayth uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dogu's guard. Nice move by Fayth!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fayth trying to move into half guard but instead Dogu has managed to sweep! Dogu is working Fayth over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Fayth wants to sweep but no luck. Dogu connects with a couple of short punches. Dogu trying to control the position from guard on top but Fayth is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dogu trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Fayth manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Fayth sitting in guard, not really doing much. Fayth working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dogu's head. This has been an exciting period of action! Dogu tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Orkan Dogu dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Fayth drives through with a takedown into guard. Dogu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fayth working his ground and pound in the gym. Fayth looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Fayth pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dogu is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dogu manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fayth manages to get himself to full guard.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dogu's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Dogu throws a big elbow that misses. Fayth keeping moving, preventing Dogu from controlling successfully. Fayth is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dogu is aware though and is defending well. Fayth working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dogu. Orkan Dogu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dogu working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Fayth is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dogu wants to control from the top but Fayth keeps moving. Dogu avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Dogu has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fayth to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dogu is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fayth pulls down on the head and he's put Dogu to sleep! This one is all over!

Our winner, Ray Fayth, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
