Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Glover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jeff Glover!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins moves in looking to clinch but Glover pushes him off.
Jenkins looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Glover loads up on a big right hand but Jenkins slips the punch.
Jenkins lands a body shot.
Glover uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jenkins.
Glover throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jenkins moves in looking to clinch but Glover pushes him off.
Jenkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jenkins swings for the body but Glover moves out of range.
Glover lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jenkins's sensitive parts.
Glover jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Glover misses with an uppercut
and Jenkins counters by moving into the clinch.
Jenkins pushes Glover back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Glover tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Glover blocks a body shot from Jenkins.
Jenkins works on Glover's body with a couple of short punches.
Glover tries to pull guard but Jenkins won't allow it.
Jenkins misses with a hook to the ribs.
Glover jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jenkins walks away with a smile on his face. Glover gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bruce Jenkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Glover.
Jenkins wants to clinch up but Glover keeps it at a distance.
Jenkins chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Glover throws a right hand that Jenkins ducks under and follows up with a left that Jenkins also avoids with ease.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jenkins. That's going to slow Glover down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Glover closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Jeff Glover has been cut.
Glover lands the left hand.
Glover takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A head kick misses from Jenkins.
The crowd cheers as Glover lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jenkins doesn't seem phased though.
Jenkins is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Glover throws a big shot that misses.
Jenkins lands a high kick!
Glover misses with an uppercut. Jenkins saw that one coming.
A telegraphed right hand from Glover misses the target.
Jenkins bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Glover! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Glover is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Glover is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jenkins defends well.
Glover is still in real trouble! Can Jenkins finish him?
Jenkins postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Glover covers up, he's hurt! Jenkins keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Jenkins and the ref steps in to end the fight! Jenkins can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bruce Jenkins!
