Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Prado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davor Velcic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prado comes to the cage accompanied by Remember The Name. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fernando Prado! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Davor Velcic! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Velcic checks a leg kick. Velcic throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Prado tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Velcic is in Prado's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Velcic loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Velcic missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Velcic postures up.
Prado is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Velcic is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Velcic in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Velcic pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Prado is keeping the position for now. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Velcic is looking to work some ground and pound but Prado has wrist control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Prado thuds his shin into the meat of Velcic's side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prado jabs at Velcic's body. Velcic fails with a takedown attempt. Prado lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Velcic circles away quickly and effectively. Velcic shoots in looking for a takedown. Prado tries to sprawl out of it but Velcic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Prado manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Prado keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fernando Prado has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Davor Velcic. Prado throws a sloppy head kick and Velcic moves out of range easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prado throws a leg kick but Velcic sees it coming and moves out of range. Prado throws a quick inside leg kick. Prado connects with a solid leg kick. Prado thows a leg kick but Velcic checks it and Velcic decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Prado's guard. Velcic trying to control the position from guard on top but Prado is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Velcic postures up in Prado's guard and throws a big left but Prado blocks it. Velcic looking to sit in guard and control but Prado gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Prado prevents Velcic from getting back to his feet. Velcic keeping moving, preventing Prado from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prado throwing strikes but missing. Velcic wants to get back to his feet but Prado is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Velcic is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Prado stalks Velcic and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Velcic's face. Velcic staggers backwards, shaken. Prado wants to land a leg kick but Velcic is out of range. Fernando Prado is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Prado jabs Velcic right on the nose. Velcic blinks but takes it well. Velcic fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Prado to the ground. Velcic is now in Prado's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Velcic loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Prado utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Velcic stands up from guard. Let's bang! Prado keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Velcic looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Prado misses with a left hand and Velcic counters with a nice double leg into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Prado manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Velcic manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Velcic is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Fernando Prado will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Prado throws a solid leg kick but Velcic takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Prado. Fernando Prado is winning the standup battle so far. Prado tries to land a leg kick but Velcic saw it coming and moves away.
Prado moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Prado misses with a leg kick. Prado throws a leg kick and Velcic decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Prado's guard. Velcic sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Prado's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Velcic postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Prado to stand up. Prado with a hook. Prado fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Velcic checks it well. Prado lands a front kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velcic fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Velcic shoots in and drives through. Prado sprawls well. Velcic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Prado tries to avoid it but Velcic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Prado to the ground. Prado escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Fernando Prado has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Davor Velcic. Velcic shoots in for a double leg but Prado sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Prado throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Prado throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The fighters circle momentarily. Prado darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. A swing and a miss from Prado. Prado tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Prado stuffs the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prado throws a head kick that misses. Davor Velcic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Prado scores with a head kick.
Prado will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Velcic shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Velcic was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The ground and pound from Velcic seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Prado is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The strikes coming from Velcic are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prado takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Velcic misses with the ground and pound. Velcic creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Prado sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Velcic throwing shots but missing, from side control. Prado gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Velcic is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Velcic wants to pass to mount but Prado is defending the position. Prado is trying to control but can't.
Velcic sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Prado defending well though. Prado gets full guard. Velcic wants to pass the guard but Prado is keeping the position. Velcic gets to his feet - Prado follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Fernando Prado will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Prado scores with a nice strike. Velcic dives in for a single leg takedown but Prado sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Velcic working hard to break the clinch. Velcic breaks from the clinch.
No joy there for Prado, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Prado throws a wild body kick that Velcic sees coming a mile off. Velcic tries to score a power double leg takedown but Prado sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Velcic somewhat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Prado tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Prado throws a head kick that misses and Velcic counters with a takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velcic throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Prado works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Prado wants to get back to full guard but Velcic has mounted him! Velcic looking to ground and pound but Prado is blocking nicely. Prado blocking the ground and pound. Velcic throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Prado blocking the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prado is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Velcic in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Velcic landing strikes from the mount and Prado is in trouble! Prado holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Velcic tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Prado is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Velcic throws some wild stikes that Prado manages to avoid easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Velcic thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Prado is trying to escape the mount.
Velcic raining down shots from the mount! Velcic scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Prado?
Prado holds of for dear life. Velcic landing strikes from the mount. Fernando Prado is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Velcic cracks Prado with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Velcic wants to control the pace but Prado is squirming around nicely. Prado tries to hold on but Velcic pushes him away. Prado wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Velcic.
Davor Velcic has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Prado sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
And that's the end of the fight! Davor Velcic comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Prado has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
